7. Deposits / Payment for Services

All deposits must be made from a traceable bank account within the Mexican financial system and must be registered in your name. Any deposit made in a currency other than Mexican pesos will be converted using the daily exchange rate published on the Bank of Mexico's website https://www.banxico.org.mx, and must be invoiced with the applicable value-added tax rate of 16%, 0%, or exempt, as appropriate.

You must not deposit with us funds derived from criminal and/or illegal and/or unauthorized activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sabag, Becker & Gerrit-Cohen will not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse of our legal and/or professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Sabag, Becker & Gerrit-Cohen brand, workflows, and business systems are the exclusive property of the members of the Firm. Requesting the provision of legal and/or professional services does not grant the User any proprietary rights over said brand. Any unauthorized use of our name and logo may result in legal action against you.

You may not use our URL, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, or logos ("Marks"), nor our fees, in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any way that may cause confusion among clients outside the Firm or with the general public, or in any way that may bring us into disrepute.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we do not grant any rights, licenses, title, or interests, express or implied, to anyone, and all such rights, licenses, title, and interests are expressly reserved in our favor and that of our licensors.
