SCOPE OF WORK
- Incorporation of commercial and civil companies, and of entities regulated by the Securities Market Law.
- Advisory and incorporation of U.S. LLCs and C-Corps.
- Corporate strategy, corporate due diligence to determine the proper structure, detection of potential risks or breaches relative to corporate purpose and operation, drafting and updating of corporate books and share or participation certificates, drafting of shareholder meeting minutes, and design of strategies for shareholder / partner entry and exit and corporate governance.
- Annual corporate maintenance, drafting of contracts, agreements and meeting minutes, and unanimous resolutions.
- Supervision and support in mergers, spin-offs and liquidations, publication of documents in the Commercial Registry portal, holding consolidations and creation of micro-holdings.
