SCOPE OF WORK
- Advisory, diagnostic review and compliance analysis of corporate labor obligations, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drafting and review of documents supporting the employment relationship: employment agreements, internal rules, attendance controls, confidentiality agreements and administrative minutes.
- Advisory on the implementation of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) in labor matters.
- Negotiation of termination agreements with employees and defense of labor claims at every procedural stage, including amparo.
- For individual clients: advisory on workers' rights against employers (private or public, local or federal), legal quantification upon separation or termination, and full defense in wrongful-dismissal proceedings at every stage set forth by the Federal Labor Law.
- AFORE recovery and beneficiary declarations for the labor rights of deceased workers.
- Advisory and legal defense regarding pensions granted by social security institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE, ISSFAM).
- Litigation for civil-servant dismissals before labor courts.
