His career has centered on intellectual property, consumer law and advertising. He lectures at the undergraduate level: Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at Universidad Tecnológica de México, and Legal Framework of Advertising and Marketing at Centro Universitario de Mercadotecnia y Publicidad. He is founding partner and director of Caravantes Propiedad Intelectual, Entretenimiento & Publicidad S.C., and Of Counsel at Sabag Becker & Gerrit Cohen, where he advises on intellectual property, entertainment and advertising.
