Master in Tax and Administrative Law from the Barra Nacional de Abogados Law School, and Master in Law from Universidad Latinoamericana. Bilingual in Spanish and English with over twenty years of experience in labor and tax-administrative litigation. Her labor practice includes advisory, diagnostics and compliance analysis of labor obligations across companies nationwide; risk identification and process improvement to prevent audits and individual litigation; contract drafting under applicable labor legislation; drafting of internal regulations and operational safety standards; drafting and filing of defenses before IMSS, beneficiary declarations for deceased workers, and recovery of individual retirement savings accounts (AFORE). She has also contributed to labor and social-security articles. In public service, she served as specialized advisor to the Chamber of Deputies Management Committee Chair (LX and LXII Legislatures), Department Head at SAT (2016), and as advisor to the comprehensive tax reform in Sinaloa (2018), coordinating the creation of SATES and overseeing personnel administration and civil-service implementation. Pro bono, she has actively defended victims of wrongful dismissal in vulnerable sectors.
