Juan Carlos holds a law degree from the Barra Nacional de Abogados Law School, earned through professional examination with the thesis "The right to a second instance in commercial oral trials." His academic training is reinforced by specializations in two technically demanding fields: Amparo Law (National Institute of Legal Development) and Law of Damages (Escuela Libre de Derecho). He is an active member of the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México, where he serves on the Rule of Law, Commercial Law and Private Law committees. He holds the chair in the Amparo Practice Seminar at the Barra Nacional de Abogados Law School. With over ten years of experience, he has handled civil-liability disputes involving freedom of expression, discrimination, gender violence, domestic violence, and reputational harm, as well as medical malpractice cases. He has litigated commercial and real-estate lease disputes, inter-merchant contractual conflicts, real-estate construction matters, and fundamental-rights defenses before civil, commercial and family courts.
